The Sapentia Process

Discovery Phase. During this important phase you will work with our consultants to plan out and develop a detailed process led specification of what you want to achieve and how your new Odoo system will support the realisation of your business goals and grow with you on your business journey.

Implementation Phase. The findings of the discovery phase will be implemented invoving key staff and ensuring your people and sysytems are supported and trained to successfully transition to your improved ways of working.

Roll Out Phase. During the initial roll out of the Odoo implementation you will receive a high level of support to ensure  and we will rapidly make simple changes and adjustments that might be needed to fine-tune configurations, automation and reporting. This process will ensure that your business software is fully tailored to meet your needs.

Support Phase. Once you are up and running you will have access to a range of support. This includes help-desk support, access to a 24/7 support line and online training material to ensure you have rapid access to solutions.
